Think of our website as a Vanlife for Dummies (or Kookz!) If you are planning on doing a D-I-Y vanbuild, we are here to help you every step of the way. We specialize in affordable and budget friendly, nomadic off-the-grid, living.

Begin with one of our Budget tools to help you budget for your vanbuild, or check out our D-I-Y your van conversion step-by-step area. Once you are finished building your rig, come back for travel and vanlife hacks. If you are looking to get a Kook Custom Rig, we take on a limited number of custom builds seasonally. Hit us up here if you are interested in working with us kookz to build out your adventure rig or just get the “starter pack” going!

We focus on outdoor experiences and DIY education. We to try and help make it easy on the fellow DIY kookz, as well as, the fellow traveling kookz to have authentic experiences in near and far away lands.
